The Regenesys Integrated Leadership Model
The Regenesys Integrated Leadership model is based on the principles of Systems Theory – an individual comprising physical, mental, emotional and spiritual dimensions can create an impact at a team level, which can have a ripple effect at an institutional level and in the external world.
Academics contextualise this model for the programmes they are facilitating to help students understand how they are part of various systems, and so that they recognise the interrelationships between systems at individual, team, organisational and external-world level. The intention is to instil a sense of agency in students so that they recognise that they have the power to change their internal system (mental, emotional, spiritual and physical dimensions) to expand their area of influence – even slightly – intending to positively influence their external systems (teams, organisation, world).
